š The "September Reset" & That Back-to-School Feeling
Have you noticed how the turn of September always brings a familiar "back-to-school" feeling even if you don't have children? Ā Perhaps those years spent returning to the classroom set a deep, natural rhythm in us. Ā Or maybe as the days begin to cool and shorten, there is an instinctual shiftāa quiet transition into a "prepare for winter" season where we naturally crave structure and routine after the lightness and busyness of summer.
After a full summer of disrupted routines, travel, and social plans, autumn often seems the ideal moment for a personal āSeptember Resetā. Ā Inviting us to turn our focus back inward and re-establish the habits that truly support us. Getting back into your groove doesn't have to mean a complete overhaul; often, itās simply about putting yourself back on your own calendar.
Now is the perfect time to get your regular chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy sessions booked in, helping you transition smoothly into the new season feeling balanced, recharged, and back in your routine.
Wishing you a grounded, healthy, and happy September,
The Guildford Chiropractic Centre Team

As we settle into September and focus on re-establishing good routines, weāre highlighting one of our established chiropractors, Scott Gimby D.C.
This September is a particularly big one for Scott, as his eldest child has just started school this term! So he certainly understands the shift in routine that autumn brings.
If a personal "September Reset" is on your agenda, Scottās comprehensive approach to care is a fantastic place to start. He takes a holistic view of health, combining effective, hands-on chiropractic adjustments with practical guidance on posture, lifestyle, sports-specific rehabilitation, and targeted exerciseāhelping you build long-term strength rather than just quick fixes.
Scott enjoys working with patients across every walk of life, whether you're recovering from an injury, getting back into a sport, or simply looking to stay active, mobile, and comfortable as the season changes. Known for his calm, friendly manner, he always takes the time to explain treatment options and answer any questions about your care.
Outside the clinic, Scott keeps active himself and strongly believes in practising what he preaches when it comes to daily movement and wellbeing.
