Christina McIlduff DC
Chiropractor
Before qualifying as a chiropractor, Christina spent several years as a professional aerialist, performing, coaching and founding her own school, Aerial Beats, in Newcastle. Coaching aerial silks, a discipline with an extensive movement vocabulary, gave her a deep understanding of body mechanics, movement and physical performance across a wide range of sports and activities. This unique background allows her to assess how you move, identify factors contributing to pain and help you restore function.
As a female chiropractor in Guildford, Christina is pleased to offer women the choice of seeing a female practitioner. She understands that personal, cultural or individual preferences can be an important consideration when choosing a chiropractor and wants every patient to feel comfortable and confident in their care.
Christina's passion for healthcare was sparked after working in a chiropractic clinic during the pandemic. Seeing firsthand the positive impact chiropractic care could have on patients' lives inspired her to apply to Teesside University and turn that passion into a career. She is particularly passionate about empowering women, helping them build confidence in their physical strength and achieve goals they once thought impossible.
Christina graduated with a First Class Master's degree in Chiropractic from Teesside University and was awarded the prestigious 2025 International Federation of Sports Chiropractic Student Scholarship.
Christina was drawn to Guildford Chiropractic Centre by its exceptional clinical standards, patient-centred approach and beautiful setting. Outside the clinic, she loves spending time with her husband, their young son and their German Shepherd, Cali.
