If you cannot find an appointment time that suits you online please contact us directly and one of our reception team can add you to our cancellation waiting list.
You will get the choice to book as a new or existing patient or client. Please book as a “new patient” if you have not been to the clinic before or have not visited in the last two years, this is so that we can allocate you a longer appointment to go through your case history. If you are unsure, please speak to one of our reception team.
Claiming Through Insurance?
If you are claiming for your Chiropractic or Physiotherapy treatment through your BUPA, AXA or AVIVA health insurance and you would like us to claim directly on your behalf, please book via the “Claiming Through Insurance” option. For all other insurance companies, please check with your insurance company that you are covered for treatment with your chosen practitioner and then book a regular appointment and ask reception for an Insurance Receipt to make your claim. Please be aware that not all of our practitioners are registered with all insurance companies.
COVID SECURITY MEASURES
We are currently running with limited availability due to the additional time needed between appointments to implement Covid security measures including extra cleaning, PPE use and social distancing.
For the safety of all clinic users:
- Please make sure you fill out your covid checklist online before each and every appointment.
- Please wait outside the clinic until just before your appointment start time and attend your appointment alone where possible.
- Please wear a mask or face covering at all times when inside the clinic.
- Please use the hand sanitiser before coming up to the clinic and after your appointment.
- Please use your NHS APP to scan our “test and trace” QR code at each visit.
- Please social distance where possible in all clinic areas.
Please make sure that you have provided an up to date and correct email address when booking and to keep an eye out for your booking confirmation email which will contain all the information you need.
Please note that by booking an appointment online, you are agreeing to the terms of our 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to amend your appointment, please contact clinic reception directly as you will not be able to change it online.
