Clinic Achieves Quality Mark
Guildford Chiropractic Centre has achieved for the second time, the Patient Partnership Quality Mark, awarded by the College of Chiropractors.
This award, which was launched in 2006 by the College’s patient liaison group, recognises the Centre’s commitment to health and safety, patient confidentiality and excellence in meeting the expectations that patients have about their chiropractic care.
Alain Michelotti was presented with the award at a ceremony that took place a the Royal Society in London in January 2011.
Commenting on the award, Alain said “I am very proud of all the staff as it is an award for the whole clinic. When I took over the Centre, I benefited from the very good reputation built up over many years and this confirms that we have been able to maintain that reputation”.
He added “we see all kinds of patients from every type of occupation and from babies to older people and it is an extremely interesting and varied job. It is very rewarding to be able to help others and always very gratifying when they come back to tell you that the pain has gone away, sometimes after months or years of suffering”.
